Sharp-tailed Sandpipers on the lagoon. The bird lying in the water on right was injured, flapping about in the water and exhausted. I rescued it, found that it couldn't use its legs. Took the poor bird to a local vet, I don't think its outlook was positive. Kianawah Road Wetlands, Hemmant, Queensland, Australia.
