A quick recce trip to Forest Lake, Queensland, Australia on Saturday 13th March 2021. I didn't find many birds, but a pair of Eurasian Coot in a small, shallow corner of the lake in nice golden light made up for the lack of birds. I got down low and shot close to water level, giving me the best photos yet of this species and got some eye contact from the birds in the bargain.
